miele service and washing machine
I have a 2 year old top of the line Miele washing machine. It stopped working. They said the entire mother board had to be replaced. I have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks waiting for the part from Germany. They promised to install it yesterday. They did not come yesterday when they said they would and they did not call to schedule. Now I am on hold for 32minutes waiting to get a hold of a live person to find out how to get my washing machine fixed. Now I am told I have to wait another 3 days for the service call. And they give me a time between 12 and 6pm. That is a 6 hour window that you have to be available to wait for them. Ridiculous!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Why don't they stock parts in North America for their customers? And why is the mother board of a 2 year old expensive machine breaking down? I will never buy another Miele product after this experience.
