My AC broken down in mid May, I have been without air all summer long up until today!! A good friend had recommended Sierra Air.....A wonderful tag team Alex and Nelson showed up this morning to install a brand new Guardian AC unit. Professional, efficient and provided helpful tips and will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Alex and his guys did a great job with the installation of a Fujitsu Heat Pump system in our attic. All of the guys were friendly and personable. Best of all, the system works great and the project was completed in a timely manner.

Alex was great, we stayed flexible because of weather but they can in installed the unit, it looks great, runs great and is better than I expected. Property was treated with respect and cleaned when install was completed. Very Satisfied

The work was done professionally and on time. Alex was extremely courteous and did not hesitate to explain what was being done. He was very knowlegeable. One thing that I really appreciated was the fact that Alex called to say that he was running just a bit late and that he would be at my place within the next 40 minutes. This showed me that he was courteous. I was extremely happy with the work done. He will be the person I keep calling back for service or repair of my Heating and A/C system.

I recently had furnace problems and called Alex about 6:30 in the morning. His friendly demeanor helped to relieve some of the stress. He came by later that day and solved the problem within minutes. (heat sensor) He even showed me how to clean sensor if it happened again. Alex,s professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Alex has been my go-to guy for AC and heating issues.

This time around, my furnace died with -8C weather and hours before I was travelling south!

Called Alex and he was kind enough to accommodate the urgency of my issue.

He diagnosed the problem in no-time (seized furnace motor) and solved the problem fast and affordably.

Alix and his crew were fantastic. The quality of service was beyond. We had a very difficult installation in the attic of our house and they rose to the challenge. We also have a boiler hot water system in our house for heating and we will be using them for checkups and any repairs required in the winter. We would highly recommend this company for any of your cooling or heating.

Sierra Air installed the permanent gas line outside my house and when comparing pricing this company’s seemed the most fair – it wasn’t the lowest, but again, seemed fair overall based on the project. They did honest work and it was perfect, I have already referred this company to other people.

Sierra Air installed a heat pump in my condo and did a great job, I am very pleased with their work. They worked all day, cleaned up after (leaving my place spotless) and the heat pump works amazingly! I would definitely recommend them to someone else.
