After moving into an older home, I have dealt with a number of different contractors for different services during a major renovation. Clarity Glass is by far the best company I have dealt with to date. Mike and his team have always been very friendly and have always accommodated my crazy schedule with 2 young children. Their work is great, they are careful and precise, making sure each job is done right the first time. Their quotes have always been exact, and they have always been on time. I have had them back on several occasions to repair 8 different windows with seal breaks, and to install a window with privacy glass. On every occasion I have been very pleased with the results of their workmanship.
One window was very difficult to repair as it was a basement window that could only be fixed by removing the entire thick frame with 4 separate sliding windows. Despite the difficulty, the work was done very well. In addition to fixing the window, they also replaced all of the locking mechanisms that I was not even aware were supposed to be present (they had been broken for years). I'm pretty sure that most companies would have given up on this dauting task as it was a bit of a mess, but persistence and problem solving are obviously strengths for the gentlemen at Clarity Glass.
I have found my permanent window maintenance and replacement company using Clarity Glass. As the windows continue to need replacing in my nearly 30 year old home, I will be contacting Mike and his team again. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are a wonderful group of individuals to work with.
Please note that the $350 cost is the average I have been paying. Some windows are more expensive than others based on the size of the glass.
