I have a 10 year parts + labour warranty for my Lennox furnace and Lennox AC purchased in 2018. Mersey does the annual maintenance. They are reliable and efficient and will leave no stone unturned if they need to identify and rectify a problem. They are curteous and trustworthy and get the job done. Make sure you call MERSEY!!!

We have used Mersey for a number of years now. It began with a new furnace, urgently required as our AC coils had rusted a hole and we could be subjected to carbon monoxide. They also replaced a 20+ year water heater. They explained our options and helped us decide on the equipment and sizing. Installation was fast and effortless (for us). SInce the equipment was new and under warranty we opted not to take a service agreement. There was NO pressure. A few years later we had our AC (still under contract) serviced. The technician showed us how our freon was leaking. He explained that we could continue to use it but it would eventually fail. We decided to replace it. Mersey installed the AC. Now that the warranty periods have lapesed, we have taken out service plans with Mersey. All technicians they send are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and clean and careful, their bookings are respectful and accurate and everyone we have ever dealt wth has been pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost listed above was for our AC annual check. Mersey is excellent.

I pay for an annual maintenance contract that provides priority service in the event of any problem as well as start of season service for each of my furnace and air conditioner. The technician is always there within the time window and they do a thorough job. Prompt, professional and friendly.

This company used to be one of the bests a few years ago.
Since three years ago, they started missing their appointments. Calling many times to postpone the appointments with us. So frustrating.

The Ac unit was making a grinding noise on start up
Still not repaired .
The circuit breaker poped numerous times in a 24 hrs .
A Smart kit was installed, my 10 year warranty did not cover this kit . My monthly plan was cancelled 6 month s ago and Mercy is still withdrawing the monthly charge .
After 5-6 calls I finally talked to a very nice agent and was surprised that I was still paying my monthly fee .
I had to send my bank statements to Mercy and still waiting to see if Im going to get a refund . Im not a happy camper . All the issues are not resolved but the AC unit works very good now except for the grinding noise on start up .
I have another appointment booked on Tuesday . Will see how this works out
