From start to finish the service was excellent. The house I now own needs a lot of repairs. I called Best Windows and Doors because I had a good experience with them five years ago. Stefan came to my house shortly after I moved in and made knowledgeable recommendations based on the design of the house and air flow considerations. He thought of a lot of things I would have missed otherwise. The windows and doors were all installed a few days ago. One particular window is HUGE, and yet they managed to carry it out in one piece and get the new one in. Everything was well made and the craftsmanship of the installation was immaculate. They made sure I was consulted for any decisions that needed to be made and explained the options. Ivan and his helper both did such a great job. I also appreciated the clean-up after everything was done. I cannot say enough good things about my new windows and doors.
