Hockey Maids

I have been using their service for almost 3 years now. Their customer service team is wonderful, and is able to accommodate schedule changes and cancellations in a timely fashion. I have used other services previously, and Hockey Maids clean my house better than anyone else, in less time. They are just fantastic! Very thorough, I find they often go above and beyond the call of duty. My favourite days of the month are always Hockey Maid day!

This was my first time using Hockey Maids and I am delighted with the services provided.

I had been ill for 3 weeks prior to entering the hospital earlier this week. Needless to say, my house cleaning chores fell by the wayside during this time and a number of hygienic issues brought on by my illness served to further soil the premises.

I am coming to the end of my lease on a beautiful home in Aspen Woods and my Landlord had scheduled a viewing during my stay in the hospital. I called Hockey maids and explained my situation. I selected Hockey Maids because they provide other home maintenance services besides housecleaning and I required some repairs. Ted Querijero stopped by the hospital, picked up my keys and went to the house. He provided me with a quote in short order and told me not to worry.

I was able to co-ordinate the clean-up from my hospital bedside and Ted and his crew were most attentive.

I returned home from the Hospital last night and was astounded by the complete and utter cleanliness of the house! The Landlord had visited earlier in the day with a prospective new tenant and also commented how nicely I have kept the place during these past 2 years.

Whew! Dodged a bullet there and I have Hockey Maids to thank for rescuing my home and my reputation.

I will not hesitate to recommend Hockey Maids to my friends and business associates. I have already recommended them to my Landlord as she is now in a position to include their cost as part of the rent.

Hockey Maids provide consistently excellent service. We're picky and the thoroughness and attention to detail is spot on. They are also very accommodating (schedule changes etc.). Would recommend them to anyone! Price listed is per cleaner, per hour. Well worth it.

I have used Hockey Maids for over two years now for bi monthly cleaning. Marco and Bryan are a great team and do a fabulous job, very thorough, and always smiling and friendly. I look forward to their visits and having a super clean home afterwards!

They are prompt and efficient.
Scheduling is no problem which is nice if something unexpected occurs.

The “Hockey Maids” are amazing!! I don’t recall how long I have been using them (probably about a year or so), but I’ll never forget the extra time that they give back to me every day. I was in the market for a cleaning company that would do a good job for a reasonable price – a cleaning company for me is a luxury. After getting a couple quotes, and meeting a few sketchy people through online ads, I was referred to “Hockey Maids” by a friend and I found the company I was looking for. From their office staff (Louie) to their cleaners, I am impressed by their professionalism and high level of customer service. A big shout out to Harry and Maxine; their bi-weekly cleanings have given me a sense of relief and some extra time for other things. They do a great job cleaning and are incredibly efficient, conscientious and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. Oh, and they have been great about working around my schedule a few times and doing their best to work around renovations and clean wherever they could. I definitely would not hesitate in recommending “Hockey Maids”.

I used this company for the first time this past week. They arrived late, but were apologetic and got to work as soon as they could. Overall, I was pleased with the results. Better than other companies I have used in the past.

I have tried other cleaning services and this one has been the best! If there are any concerns they are quick to resolve. They have been with me for three years.
