I woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning. Dave from Quickfast answered his phone and helped me make sure it wasn't something very simple that I could fix by myself. He gave me a time later in the day when he would arrive and he arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve in about 3 minutes. He had the furnace up and running very quickly and showed me how to fix it myself if it stopped again. He advised me to either replace the valve (moderately priced repair) or get a new furnace (expensive but my furnace is pretty old and I'll need to sooner or later anyway) Two days later, the valve really stopped working. He answered his phone again and came to install a new valve later that day. In my experience with him, Dave was knowledgeable, polite, neat, punctual and reasonably priced. I will definitely call him when my furnace finally throws in the towel. Thanks Dave!
