My backyard perimeter drains had blocked and there was a large pool of water adjacent to the house. Mr Swirl did a preliminary analysis and returned a week later to successfully clear the blockage and then a few days later to jet wash the drainage pipes. The service was expert, courteous and accompanied by clear explanations. I was totally satisfied.
