Service call was prompt (same day as requested). The plumbing technician was patient in coming up with a solution to the problem of installing a replacement faucet. It was not straightforward because of the poor work done by the original home-builder, which meant that various faucet options would not fit. However, after trying several different products, a suitable one was found, which should avoid this problem if the new faucet ever needs replacing. Our water service was restored quickly and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
