Called Mr. Swirl late in the evening for an emergency plumbing job. The gentleman was there in an hour, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a flood in our downstairs kitchen.Was beyond my help so i called Mr Swirl & Drain Cleaning.......i got a very friendly voice on the other side named Angela who was very helpful in my moment of a crisis.She was able to book a plumber on the same day. And Shawn showed up and went straight to work to unplug my messy plugged sink.Also he put in a proper clean out if it happens again.......caused by my garborator he informed me.
All is working awsome.Very happy new customer!

I have used Mr. Swirl plumbing services since they first went in to business. This was an emergency plumbing repair and once again, the job was handled in a very efficient and pleasant manner. I never hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I found Mr Swirl to be efficient, courteous and informative. Would I use them again? I would most certainly call them the next time we encounter an issue with the plumbing in our house.

I needed my sump motor replaced so I went and bought the motor to ensure it could get done same day. I called in the morning and Brendan managed to fix it that afternoon. He got the job done. The same day service was nice (partially due to me gettting the part, but it would have been done the next morning anyway which is still good turnaround time).

One major recommendation is that the plumbers should take more care in keeping things clean (ie. take shoes off etc and have some rags to wipe up (at least a basic wipe up) after they are done. I had to spend a good 25 minutes cleaning after the plumber left (had he taken his shoes off, that clean up time could have been 10 minutes).

I would still use them again - i would just ask they remove their shoes (ideally i wouldn't have to).

The plumber contacted me within one hour of my service call on a Sunday. He arrived within two hours and fixed the blocked pipes (both of the two sinks and dishwasher) efficiently and effectively.

The service tech came, supplied a quote then did a full walk through of work required. The end total was higher than the quote but that was by my choice. He explained all things that needed to be done for a professional job without the hassle of more work "down the road". In all he was courteous, very clear in all the work to be done & why. What would have taken me a week took approx. 4 - 5 hours. I will use Mr. Swirl again if necessary.

Mr.Swirl was a great company to deal and work with, they were very price competitive and did their work in a timely manner. There were soem minor ( newby ) mistakes such as putting diverters upside down causing leakign, however was amazed at how quick and seemless Mr. Swirl was able to dispatch and rectify the situation. My only concern for people in the future if you buy very expensive bathroom fisctures , make sure to let the plumber know that they are exspensive and to take extra caution when handling. Over all my experience was good and I would recommend them again if I was in need of a plumber.

Brennan was a great plumber with good insite, however I dont beleive too much experience with newer high end fixtures. However he was able to complete the job and we were in the end satisfied.
