Mr Swirl The Friendly Plumber

My Kitchen Sink was liking. I called Mr. Swirl. Chris came on Monday and fix my Kitchen sink in less than hour. I was very happy with his customer service and perfessionalism. Very nice and clean work. The only thing surprised me was for a small work like this I had to pay $288. I am now wondering I should have do more price research among other companies which I will do next time. But, i was very pleased with Chris's work. thanks

I called Mr. Swirll at 9 am and a very helpful woman gave me a time between 2 & 4. At 10 am she called back to say Daniel could be at my home wiithin the hour. He arrived promptly and worked at getting my bathroom sink unclogged. He was very professional, gave me an estimate before starting the work and left the bathroom clean. I would recommend Mr. Swirl to my friends.

Daniel came from Mr Swirl and replaced both of these items and then came back again to install a pressure valve regulator. There were follow up visits required to get everything working properly and I was pleased that they returned quickly and dealt with everything professionally and thoughtfully. There was a follow up call from the office as well, to be assured that it was all working well, which it was, and so I appreciated their wonderful service, very much.

I have used Mr.Swirl a few times, their technicians are quick, friendly and always get the job done. Any time a friend has a plumbing problem I always recommend Mr.Swirl.

Our mainline was clogged and sewage water was beginning to flood our basement. Mr.swirl was at our house within 25 minutes, and cleared the blockage. They even called the restoration company for us, gave us great advice and got things rolling. We are very happy with the service.

The technician spent less than 2 hours (including travel time to pick up one item) replacing a toilet fill valve and one other item under my sink . I was charged $385 for labor (which included a $22 discount. This company is charging exorbitant rates because they now charge per job, not an hourly rate. They have terrible customer service and I could not get a supervisor to speak to on the phone. She sent me an email. Terrible prices. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere and get better rates and customer service.

I called the company because I wanted to replace my old toilets with newer low flush toilets. The technician (Shawn) arrived in approximately 30 minutes. I detailed with him the work I wanted done and he recommended a middle range model that suited what I wanted as well as providing me with a cost estimate. I decided to go with his recommendation. The technician departed to obtain the units and returned within an hour. Total installation for replacing 3 toilets was 1 and 1/2 hour. Total cost of the new toilets including labor, removal of old fixtures, and taxes was approximately $2,000. Installation and cleanup was friendly and professional. Costs were reasonable and competitive. As a side note, the technician noticed a bathroom sink faucet was spraying oddly during cleanup, and he made minor adjustments to the tap for me at no cost as a courtesy. It was clear that he cared about service. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Bad Idea, the smell was so horrible it burned my eyes.
I called Mr Swirl on a Sunday afternoon and in less than 30min they arrived. The very friendly (and quite good looking ;o) ) technician cleared the drain efficiently and helped get rid of the horrible Draino.
He also sold me a bottle of environmentally friendly drain cleaner to maintain my drains. The whole experience was a pleasure. I really feel like they cared.

I am surprised this company hasn't been on HomeStar website yet. They did a pretty good job on cleaning our drains with reasonable charge. These guys were punctual, friendly, and most importantly, enthusiastic in their work. I do hope they would join the website as they deserve good feedback and recommendation.
