On needing to have a leaking kitchen faucet repaired, I call DS Plumbing who were very accommodating in arranging an appointment to suit my schedule. Craig Muir arrived on time, assessed the problem and explained three different options to proceed. The work was completed quickly in a friendly but professional manner and the faucet is now performing like new! I will certainly recommend DS Plumbing to my friends.

Called the day before because our toilet broke. They came in the next day and I was given the window of 12-2pm and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived only minutes after noon! The man who fixed our toilet was super friendly, and fixed the problem in no time at all:)!

Marc arrived on time (during freezing rain!); he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Eveything looked impeccable after the job was completed.

What a wonderful "experience" dealing with Garry and DS plumbing. I received a call from DS Plumbing informing me that they had a free technician in the area and should they send him ahead of the scheduled appointment which actually worked out better for me. He went on to say his name is Garry and he would arrive shortly. Since my husband booked the appointment he received an email with a picture of Garry and a bio! That's when my husband knew we were in good hands. Garry diagnosed the problem quickly and got the job done. When it came time to paying Garry asked if I collect Airmiles and registered my Airmiles #. Also, he went on to say that the company donates $1 from every call to the charity of our choice. I selected Heart and Stroke. The best was that Garry said for no charge he could walk around the house to see if there are any potential problems. Garry left me with some great advice for free! I told Garry that I was very happy that our handyman suggested his company and Garry was quick to ask for our handyman's contact info so they can properly thank him. You just don't see this level of service anymore! I HIGHLY recommend Garry and DS Plumbing!

Plumber arrived on time and did a quiet efficient job fixing the toilet with a replacement part he had in the truck. He also did a second toilet for preventative maintenance reasons while he was here. I would definitely call them for the next plumbing challenge and got a two year guarantee for parts and labour.

Marc was thorough, explained every step to us and all with a very pleasant demeanour. He worked efficiently and did a thorough cleaning once completed. Thank you!

Craig was excellent. Very personable and explained all of the work in great detail. DS plumbing was great in arranging water main shut off with the city so I didn't have to. I'll be recommending them to my friends and family. Their email receipt system and online booking was also phenomenal.

We were very concerned that another company had installed our water heater minus the mixing valve. The water was hot enough to scald a child. Called DS Plumbing and they were out in a very short time. The plumber, Craig, was such a pleasant guy and did a super job explaining it all as he went. We are more than satisfied with the work. No scalds in this family now!!!

Marc did a fast and efficient job of installing a new toilet. He also made a couple adjustments to a second toilet and to the washer taps in the laundry room. He is very pleasant to deal with. I am considering re-doing the main bathroom and will look to DS to assist with the plumbing side of things. I highly recommend DS Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
