This is the 2nd time we have had Monarch do a renovation. The first was a kitchen, laundry room & powder room. We are still enjoying the result of that renovation.
We have only one full bathroom in our home. We wanted to update & replace the bathtub with a shower with seat.
Monarch understood our situation with respect to no other shower so imposing on friends, going to the gym etc. & setup our renovation with that in mind.
It was done most efficiently with the contractors & Monarch personnel. Fortunately we had no major surprises so the job was done with little impact to ourselves. We were very impressed with all the personnel & how they supported each other, their communication skills, interpersonal skills, willing & able to share what they were doing/details or even ideas.
Our bathroom looks beautiful, functional, more storage and we are very pleased!
