Imperial Roofs

Work done fast and clean. They come in the morning and finished around 4 pm. I paid everything after they finish. The owner very nice person. He explained everything to me and helped ne in choosing the colour and the shingles type.

Great service. We were recommended by family of Imperial Roofs and the great job they do. Mike came out, quoted us, gave some suggestions, no pressure at all!. They then came and left within 1 day, in the timeframe he promised. Clean, professional. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But, they really did a great job and I would highly receommend them!

We had a partial roof replacement. Stephan replied quickly to our request and provided us with a timely, detailed quote. Service was completed in one day, cleaned up thoroughly. Workmanship and excellence .... please consider this company for your roofing needs!

We recently had our roof re-shingled by Imperial roofing. Imperial was referred to us through a friend who had a coworker who was happy with the job that was done.

One of their estimators, George, arrived at our house promptly and gave us a good quote right away. We had our eye on some specific products and George worked quickly to build a proposal for us. The price, products, service, homestars reviews and recommendations from our friend were now all in order so we went forward with the job.

Stephan arrived a few days later to get tarp I nstalled over an area that was leaking a bit.

A few weeks later the crew arrived promptly at 7:30 and made quick work of setting up and getting the work completed on a rather cold and windy day.

Needless to say, we are thrilled with the outcome - the roof looks great. The crew even went as far as to paint the utility mast and plumbing stacks so they now look as good as the roof too.

The company was also able to have somebody come to do a minor aluminum repair that we needed done - this was done promptly and with the same level of professionalism.

In summary, this job worked out the way that we wish all contractor jobs would: timely response, fair prices and good clean work.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any roofing job.

After some back and forth details about timing. colors and neighbiours they completed the task in a great. timely, professional and safe fashion. If you need a company to not only do a great job and maintain a safe work atmosphere call Imperial Roofings.

Contacted Stephan five years ago for roof repair and evaluation. He informed us we would need a new roof in three to five years... They just installed our new roof as per agreed timing and with our complete satisfaction. This is a Terrific family run Company! They promptly return calls and provided professional installation and cleanup. They provided all documentation and warranty information
I would highly reccomend Imperial Roofs.

I had a number of roofing companies come in to provide a quote for our shingle replacement on our residential house. Their cost was the lowest of everyone. But.. I don't always choose a company based on the lowest price. I need to have confidence and trust that they will complete the job to a high quality and standard. I felt that this company ranked the highest amongst the others I reviewed. I have more work to be done in the future and will certainly have them back. I was happy that they also left the place tidy when they finished too.

They did a great job,they were recommended by a coworker and did not disappoint,done everything they promised and went out of their way to make sure that we received the shingles that we wanted....will definetly recommend to friends and family.....

They did a good job and their price was competitive. They also put a tarp over our roof at no extra charge since they had a six to eight week backlog. They scraped some of the paint off of my new eaves troughing near where they put their dumpster. I brought this to Stephan's attention via email but received no response back.
They also put a dent in the eaves trough in one spot where they leaned the ladder.

They also offered a "deal" of half price HST if paying cash. We did not accept this deal and paid by cheque. Why would they do that?
