These guys are great! I called for a quote and it was completed quickly and thoroughly. Their pricing was competitive and service was excellent. They started and finished the job on time and even cleaned up afterward. I will definitely recommend this company to others!

I called and asked for a quote. They were so prompt in sending someone to do the quote. Every time I called, someone was always there to answer or else responded within the day. They were punctual and always professional. Completed the work in a timely fashion and great clean-up as well. I only wish that all contractors I have dealt with in the past were as good as this one.

It's been almost 2 years since receiving my roof replaced by this company. I called around a few businesses and Mike's quote was prompt, not the lowest or the highest. They showed up early and finished at 3pm. They cleaned up very well and left no nails on site.
Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and professionalism.
The roof is still pefect.

I originally had 3 companies submit a quote. Stephan responded quickly and did an on roof inspection. One company took 5 weeks and as many phone calls and when they did show up did an on ground quote! Imperial Roofing completed the work on time as scheduled. Competitive pricing and quality workmanship! This Is a family business started by his father in 1968. In talking to Stephan he shows a great deal of pride in carrying on his father's business. It certainly shows in his work ethic. On the day of the job he and his crew were there at 7:30 am sharp. You could see they enjoyed working together as a team. Stephan explained in detail any questions I had. He even suggested adding extensions to the downspouts so they would discharge into the eavestroughing.

I met with Mike for a roof quote for a 13 year old house. Mike was very professional and explained the work to be completed. He discussed and gave me copies of the following: roof quote with details of the work to be completed, an overview of the company, company operating license, BBB review, WSIB certificate, warranty details, and the certificate of insurance. Mike was very polite and answered all my questions. On the day of the job the roofing team came at 7:30 and were done after 1:00. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after the job was done (this is not a given with some roofing companies) Overall I am very happy with the experience and the work completed.
