Before replacing the roof, I got a few quotes to compare. George from Imperial Roof gave a very detail quote and explained things in detail, his opinion is honest, professional and we decided to go with Imperial Roof.
Based on the weather forecast, there was shower in the afternoon on the working day but Stephen promised all the work can be finished before the rain. That is true! Imperial Roof did a great job on replacing the roof shingles. They also checked the roof deck and replaced the defect ones as required. The roofers were quick, professional and finished all the work within 6 hours. The cleanup was thorough and the site was left clean.
A few bricks on the sideway got cracked by the lifter and Stephen had promised to replace them, I'm satisfied with their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Imperial Roofs was prompt and professional with both their quote and roof installation. They gave a comprehensive estimate and answered all our questions. After the harsh winter of 2013/14 our roof was looking rough. Not helping much was the extreme winds we received early this year which damaged many of shingles. We got five quotes to replace the existing shingles so that we could compare price, and what we could expect from different installers. While some were priced in the extreme (high or low) We found Imperial to be reasonable, and more importantly easy to deal with. Stephan explained in detail the work to be done, and accommodated us on our specific requirements on material and style. On install day I was impressed with speed and quality of the work performed. The complete roof was done in about 8hrs and we could not be happier about how it turned out. I would have no problem recommending Stephan and his team at Imperial. Great job guys!

We had our roof done by Imperial 6 years ago... This past April there was a freak windstorm one morning. Called Stephan and Mike; both got back to me within 2 hours. Within 4 hours Stephan was on my roof making sure both my and my neighbor's roof were looked after. Excellent customer service!

I contacted Stephan from Imperial Roofs after observing their work at my neighbours house, and after hearing good things from my neighbour as well.
Stephan was punctual for our job quote appointment and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our roofing questions. He didnt try to up sell services or products and was very upfront regarding the range of shingle brands, their costs and their real or perceived benefits.
Truthfully, we had already decided on a shingle brand, Certainteed, and knew there would be an extra cost associated with our choice. His firsthand knowledge and experience was impressive.
Upon receiving our written quote, Stephan went through it in detail with us and produced a copy of the EXACT services quoted and his business (operating) license, insurance coverage, WSIB certificate, pledge to NOT SUBCONTRACT the job etc.
Even the details of the job prep and cleanup are there, in writing, part of the quote! These are just some of the details.

The day of the job, Stephan and his crew of five showed up on time, ready to work with all materials on hand. I'm not surprised by this after talking to Stephan, but relieved nonetheless. The crew and Stephan introduced themselves and set to work stripping the old shingles off. No radios blaring and everyone was very professional. It is my roof, but I share the neighbourhood...

The crew on site were very open to questions and respectful and polite to us at all times, and make no mistake, they were here to work! Stephan provided lots of extra materials if needed-in case some plywood was rotten etc and there were extra shingles on hand.

I think you probably know by now that I am VERY pleased with the job done as stated.

I want to thank Stephan for the good work his crew did when they shingled my roof and my son's roof on Saturday. They arrived on time and in just over 5 hours both our roofs were completed. They cleaned up their mess and did a great job. Only thing is one of his crew left his work shoes here. If he wants to stop by our house he can pick them up. I will recommend this company to anyone.
