Excellent service, started at 8am sharp as stated and were cleaned up by 2pm as promised. The crew worked extremely well together and were very courteous. They had to remove 2 layers of old shingles and were efficient. They had their own trailer to haul waste away and so we did not sit with a dump bin in our driveway for days. The owner was very helpful in decision making, no pressure.

We went with Imperial Roofs after getting 2 estimates from 2 large contractors that offered the system we wanted but with a very high cost that seemed to included a ridiculous 50 year warranty. Imperial did the job with the materials we specified, did the job in less time and in a very professional manner. They took care and cleaned up after the job was done. We would recommend Stefan and crew any time!

With a sales career that spans 50 plus years, I am well qualified to address service and quality issues. My original 25 year roof dis-integrated after 10 years, so I was very sceptical buyer about anything that the six companies I requested quotes from had to say. After considerable thought, I selected Imperial Roofs, and on reflection, this was a very good decision. The Imperial team were a dream to work with, they arrived on time, fully protected my stucco home and gardens from falling debris, were pleasant, finished the job on time, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. George was very professional and was able to answer my many questions. Stephan was on time and budget with a 10 year warranty on the labour. His team did a great job putting architectural shingles on my roof. One shingle came off and Stephan was there the same day to replace it.

I was very thanful for the service at imperial roofs. I am a landlord renting out a townhouse. When the tenants called reporting a leak. I called a few companies to get a quote. I also contacted my inurance company who sent out their own contactors. Imprial roofs were aware of this and still fit me in their busy schedule and came in to assess the situation. They took the time to inspect the roof (other company from the insurance did a ground inspection), and informed me due to the freezing rain the ice had formed and had penetrated two nails that were not completely nailed down in the shingles. He nailed them down and caulked it. Charged me only a minimal fee. I was thankful for his honesty and not having to use my deductable for insurance as it was a minor leak with an easy fix. I was recommended imperial thaking rough my wife's co-worker. I have to admit advice from my wife finally paid off!!Will recommend imperial roofs to family and friends knowing they are trustworthy and reliable.

We needed our roof re-shingled and had 4 roofing companies bid on the project. We decided to go with Imperial Roofs after meeting with Mike Mattarocci who provided a detailed estimate and explanation of the work that would be done. Imperial sent out a large crew who did the job in a day. Before they even started, they covered all of our windows and doors and our stone patio and walkway to protect from falling debris. Their professional approach and attention to safety was impressive. There were no roofing nails or debris left on our property after the job was complete. Best of all, the roof looks great! Thanks to Stephan and the Imperial Roofs crew for a job well done. Special thanks to Mike, who was friendly and knowledgeable during the estimating process and was also part of the roofing crew on the day of the job.

My roof was pretty crispy. So I asked my dad if he was happy with the job Imperial Roofs did. He pointed down the street and said: Me and every one on my street! I agree. The work was done quickly and professionally. My gutters don't drip and my roof looks great. As for clean up? I have yet to find a single nail or roofing tile anywhere on the property. Top marks all around. I highly recommend Imperial Roofs!

Our roof was leaking when we bought our resale home. Stephan responded and said he was heavily committed for about 4 weeks. We told him about the leaks and he went on the roof and patched the leaks, and then showed up on time later to do an excellent job in replacement and clean-up.
