Based on the reviews, I wanted Mike to install this for me at my Ottawa home. He had to travel over an hour to get to my home, but he was also well compensated for his efforts. Mike installed the gas range for me and ran a gas line in the basement, about 25 feet. His work is absolutely impeccable. He took his time getting the job done right (in our brand new home) and he was just really pleasant to chat with. I'd absolutely recommend Mike to anyone that needs gas servicing. Note, he installed this Aug 2015--it's been a while for this review, but better late than never!

The owner and accomplice showed up on time and completed the job within the specified time. They cleaned out all vents and hooked up a very powerful suction that got out all the gunk. I asked for a before and after picture but it wasn't supplied, no big deal. There was an 'extra' charge for cleaning out the fan blades. I opted to do this and paid for it, but in hindsight, I think this part was a cash grab. They did a fine job otherwise though. Will use them again, won't pay for that additional service though.

I had Clera change my basement windows that were in brutal condition. Four windows were changed and insulation installed in all gaps. The job was complete within just a few hours with no hiccups. Very pleased with this service. Will call again for the front door.

It's been almost 2 years since receiving my roof replaced by this company. I called around a few businesses and Mike's quote was prompt, not the lowest or the highest. They showed up early and finished at 3pm. They cleaned up very well and left no nails on site. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and professionalism. The roof is still pefect.

I've used this service for 18 months now. (first year paid for with 6 months free service) I don't usually leave reviews unless its either really good or really bad--and TMC has been exceptional. Their service works well and the staff calls within a minute when alarm is triggered. I only wish they offer promotions for customers resigning. My contract will expire soon and it seems as though I wouldn't recieve the same offer as before. I have recommended TMC to two family members over the years.

Jay came as expected. He took a look at the sofa and said 'no problem, it'll look brand new'. The results were quite good. He removed most of the stains and the sofa's look clean. I wouldn' say new but definitely cleaner than before. He also applied scotch guard which I'm not sure was worth the extra $$. I'm giving 7 stars because he did an okay job, but to me he did a rushed job. Had he taken his time, I'm sue the results would have been awesome. It's possible he had anothe client to visit? If I did call on Jay, I'd definitel ask him to slow down.
