Northwest Furnace And Gas

Twice I have had an emergency heating issue with my mother-in-laws gas furnace. Both times Northwest gas responded quickly and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. The first time I actually called another company and they never even responded to me. Very happy with the service; Anthony was great both times!

It was so refreshing to deal with Cliff. Right from the get go I could tell he was a very honest person who actually cared about our situation. This is in sharp contrast to many of the companies I've dealt with where the main goal was to 'get the money'.

Cliff spent considerable time checking out our existing furnace and then looking at how we could best install a new furnace without having to also replace our hot water tank. Other companies wanted to mess up our recently renovated basement ceiling to vent and pull in fresh air for the new furnace but Cliff worked with me to determine we could, in fact, still run both vents (exhaust and fresh air) through the roof via our existing chase.

After all time time he put in he said he wasn't comfortable moving ahead with a new furnace until we determined for sure that our current furnace could not be repaired so he connected us to someone that came and managed to get our old Lennox working. And, for all of that, Cliff didn't want any financial compenstation. Amazing!!

Although I felt bad we couldn't give him our business right now there is NO doubt where I will be going for our furnace and gas needs. I highly recommend Cliff and Northwest Furnace & Gas. Ignore the cost I put in of $100. This site won't post a review for a service I didn't pay for.

Northwest Heating and Gas installed our new Navien Hot Water System and High Efficiency Furnace. They were efficient and did a great job. Very happy with their work and definitely recommend them to other people!
