John was very friendly and provided us with a fair and competitive estimate. After making our decision to go ahead with the project through Shadowlight, John went ahead with the process of ordering and installing the shutters personally and was very efficient in doing so. Overall we are very satisfied with the work and would certainly recommend Shadowlight to friends and family.
