Before I hired him, he mentioned that he wouldn't be in business for so many years if he did not do good work, so I trusted him. Before we paid him, he was very nice and polite and professional, and he said 'guaranteed' everything. A few months after the fence was put up and after we paid him, we started to have issues with the fence, it was leaning and started to develop cracks on the post. I tried calling and emailing him but he would not reply. I had to use my wife's phone to get through to him because for some reason when I use my phone it goes to voicemail. When I talked to him he said that he will come to fix it, but he never did. Three times he mentioned that he would come over and never did. Eventually I had to pay another contractor to correct the fence issue.
During the sales pitch Eagle Fencing said that what differentiated their workmanship was that they dig deeper and set the posts 4' below ground. However, our post was only 3' below ground when they put in our fence. They would put it in the ground and lop off the top of the post with a chainsaw.
