The service was very good. The tech showed up during the slotted window. Very courteous clean and professional. Cleaned up after himself and was very polite and courteous etc. Most importantly the job was done correctly and all is working fine.

Astoundingly I had First Call come to my home, provide an estimate, book an installer, reserve a new hot water tank AND install it within 4.5 hours of my first contact. Billy took the time to explain the new tank operation and made some safety recommendations. My home was left as it was found before the work was done. Congratulations on having the winning team. My wife and I met Heath the salesperson at the Edmonton Home and Garden show. He showed great Knowledge and understanding to our questions. We meet with him a few days later and our install was arranged. My wife was left to greet the installers as I was scheduled to be out of town. My wife expressed that the crew as a whole were friendly and easy to deal with. As the installed progressed the plastic pipes were not insulated that went through the wall. They were not sealed on the outside of the house with silicone and you could see daylight in the basement through the holes.. When asked if they would fix it, they only screwed the plastic caps to the outside of the house. One was broken and just left without being replaced. When the crew left they had removed the door for the room they were working in and did not put it back on when complete.
We contacted Heath and Donna at the office the next day. One of the employees Levi, responded to our concerns early morning and he was very professional and quick with the repairs.
We would like to thank Heath, Donna, Brad and Levi for their professionalism and attention to our concerns. They have stated to us that they would talk to their crew.

Great service from the start put the competitors to shame. The owner even came out to do some minor clean up after the fact - so very willing to please. Great products, great service. Great decision by us.

Yay, heat! They were able to come out only 4 hours after I called in February (non-emergency). Brian called ahead & arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed & replaced my faulty furnace ignitor in about 15 mins, explained everything, showed me the problem & how to diagnose it, etc. Part prices consistent with online retail comparison, reasonable service charges. No complaints here!

I called First Call Heating on boxing day when I awoke to no heat in my home. I spoke with Levi and made arrangements for him to come to my home and try to fix the problem. Before Levi arrived the gas company sent a technician who rectified the problem and I called Levi to cancel the service call. Even though he was not charging me for the call, he said that my house was on his way home and he wanted to stop just to make sure that everything was running properly. What amazing service. He genuinely was concerned about my family and wanted to make sure that we had heat.
Levi went above and beyond that day and he is a great face for First Call Heating.
I was amazed at all of the services he told me that you offered and have already booked a furnace service and duct cleaning with First Call. They will always be my go to company because of the care they give their customers.

We had first call install our new furnace and hot water heater a few years back. We were extremely pleased with the product, installation as well as the after sales service. We have now had air conditioning installed by first call. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. The installation was done properly with no mess and everything was cleaned you did not know that they qwere even there. We called yesterday and determined that we may have an issue as the a/c unit was running for an extended period of time. A technician was dispatched to our house in the hour and it was determined that our thermostat that was installed 126 months ago was faulty. They are having someone out today at 330 to install a new thermostate free of charge. Now that ladies and gentlemen is service. I would strongly recommend First Call Heating to anyone looking to install a new furnace, hot water heater of air conditioning unit. The company is first class in my books.

The three guys who attended my home to install our new furnace were very nice and did a good job. I would recommend this company and this is the second time they have been to our home.
