Had them clean an area rug a few years ago. The rug is worth maybe $500. To their credit, they did a good job, but the price was really, really high. Way higher than I was quoted. Whatever. It was clean and I was happy with the outcome. One off, right?
No. Four years later they are still calling me for followup business. My place is hardwood, guys. I have that one small area rug and at this point I'd just pay for a new one to replace it over having it cleaned.
I get it, you're going to call your customers for followup business, but the last time I spoke to your service rep they were outright rude. They asked why I wasn't interested to which I kindly stated I didn't need the service and if they could take me off the calling list. Without so much as a confirmation I was hung up on.
Awful customer interaction. If you won't confirm my removal next time I hear from you I'll just chalk it up to harassment and proceed via appropriate channels.

Just for your information or others, our cleaning quote is not based on the rug value, for example, if a rug worth $10,000.00 we are not going to charge more than a rug that worth $500.00.
We send 2 technician with truck, free pick up and delivery, rug taken to plant, crew of 8-10 people in plant work in different section to clean a rug inside out, all fringes get clean by hand, with the process day of 5-7 business day will be clean then you see the outcome, very clean rug that make you happy. We do not like to see our customer angry and we apologize for your feeling this way. Thank you for your business.
