I have been using their bi weekly house cleaning services for a few months now and it has been a very good experience. Bob & Lisa are very understanding, helpful and professional. Their cleaning staff is hard working & sincere.

The Five Star team team did an excellent job on the recovery of the water damage that came in from us being a roofing contractor / mechanical equipment and their promptness and professionalism was by far amazing I recommend the services to everybody

Excellent job.....the money that I paid them is worth every penny. I found them on homestars based on great customer reviews. I chose them because i needed a company that can clean my house, rugs and sofa all together as a package although they send different crew for cleaning and rug puck up and for sofa cleaning but all were perfectly arranged by Bob and Lisa at 5 STAR. We are very happy and contented with their cleaning services, punctuality and professionalism.

We where moving to new house and need full package house and carpet cleaning Service, 5 Sstar was refred to us by a friends who user the recently and was very happy. Bob arramge for cleaning crew care in online shaye early morning and fdid the cleaning and then carpet cleaning crew care in and did the carpet cleaning. We where very happy with the great, effivient, profesdional Service. We Will user their Service again and we happy recomendation them to others

I called 5 Star's for my cleaning my newly bought bungalow post renovation on November 24, 2018. On the phone they are nice and courteous and give you all the reassurance of quality work as they have been in business for over 20 years. When they come and do the work it is a different story, they make sure they take longer than required but just do a shabby job, I called the office afterwards Lisa and the husband to raise my concerns and since they had taken my credit card details before booking and they can charge you , they talk to you any how , infact in a very very rude manner and say some words to you you wonder if these are the nice people ypu spoke to earlier before the contract., My word of advice to any one is dont trust them , they do not work for you, all they care about is the money which they make sure they get your credit card details before they come out and do your work, their cleaning makes your house more dirty than before,...............Never again 5 Stars

5 Star cleaners arrived on time. They had all the cleaning supplies needed for cleaning . They were very detailed , fast, professional and friendly ladies to work with. We managed to clean all the areas that been asked to clean in allowed time. We were very happy with their cleaning services.
We recommend their amazing services to others and we will use their services again.

Lisa sent two ladies in very short notice. The ladies cleaned up the whole basement . I'm very impressed with their detail work. I would highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning.
