Mr Manjur was the home inspector for my first time buy. I would say, he is a very competent inspector and he knows his job very well. If someone wants very detail and deeper inspection he is the perfect person. He explain and shows everything as the inspection goes on. He inspects from foundation to attic with great care. Further to his home inspection qualification,he is a professional engineer,so definitely reliable. I will certainly go with him next time.
