Manjur's engineering background, the proper use of modern technologies including Thermal Imaging and many years of experience in home inspection in Ontario is a HUGE plus.
He came on time for his appointment, thoroughly inspected every aspect of the house, took the time to explain his findings without any reservations and provided a detailed report at the end. I am very impressed that he made himself available to patiently answer my follow up questions 2 days after the inspection was completed.
