Avoid this home inspector. I Paid for Manjur to do a home inspection in August. Total cost for his "service" was 400 dollars in which he did a one hour inspection and report.

Upon moving in the house and within two weeks my wife noticed mice in the house. We were extremely upset and called a terminator rite away. The terminator came by the house and had a look around. He found mice droppings behind the fridge and mice trails in the Attic. The terminator was shocked to hear we had just bought the house. He said there was clear signs everywhere in the house that there were mice living in the house. He said any competent home inspector would have brought this up to my attention. The terminator spent over 4 hours laying traps around the house. Total cost of this was 300 dollars and it didn't end there. We had to reinusulate the entire upstairs which cost a few grand.
If this so called home inspector did his due diligence we would have saved alot of money and headaches. So avoid him and use a reputable inspector.
