I was initially quite skeptical going with Manjur considering the too-good-to-believe number of positive reviews (9.9/10 based on 160 reviews at the time of writing!). Not finding much information about outside of the homestars forum added to my hesitation... However, all my skpeticism was laid to rest once I saw Manjur at work. He is very thorough, detail oriented, does not take short-cuts during the inspection, and takes the time needed to explain the deficiencies and root cause for deficiencies. I especially liked that he sent us pictures WITH descriptions about the problem; we have had inspectors in the past that just send you hundreds of pictures making you wonder, "Am I supposed to be seeing something specific here????". His report is complete; we clarified on a few items and he took the time to update the report with the clarifications. Overall, we are extremely satisfied, and comfortably and readily recommend Manjur for any house inspections.
