Manjur was very thorough in his inspection. For instance, when inspecting the utility area in the basement, he was moving the stored items to check for cracks and he found one that was very hard to find. He verified also that no moisture was there and suggested that it is not a major problem now but it should be fixed to avoid problems in the future.
Manjur also took his time to teach me various things in the house and he also recommended minor fixes that help in keeping the house in good shape.
I strongly recommend Manjur for home inspection.
