I first used Manjur's professional services back in 2013. He was the second home inspector I sought services from. Manjur conducted the 1-yr Tarion inspection for my house. I found him to be quite apt, knowledgeable and very professional during our first meeting. He discovered some subliminal yet major issues (the top one being moisture build-up in my basement due to faulty construction) and helped me bring those to the attention of my builder. Had it not been for Manjur, the issues would have aggravated over time and might have costed me more at the end.

Very recently I have used Manjur's services for the second time. While I already had him in my mind, it was pleasantly surprised when my real-estate agent independently provided me with his name when I requested him for a few potential home inspection company names. That made my choice easy :)

During our second encounter, Manjur continued to exhibit his knowledge and experience through a complete inspection and provided me with his candid professional opinion and suggestions. His polite manners and behavioural trait of paying attention to details added to his professionalism. Similar to my first experience, Manjur provided me with all necessary details of issues that needed attention prior to finalizing my deal.
