Review of older renovated home.
Excellent and thorough inspection of our home. We had a the double service of home inspection and thermal imaging (our new-to-us house was painfully drafty). Mr. Manjur's inspection was very detailed, he took the time to review all of his findings, and methodically went room to room and inspected everything: the grout, to window casings, thermal views of insulation, vents etc. He provided an initial report on the day of the visit, and then an e-mail summary with 113 photos so that we can make the necessary renovations/changes to insulation etc.
We were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail. If we were buying another house, we would call him first.
