The home buying experience can get a little overwhelming at times. Specially for a first time home buyer. You will meet some people who leave you apprehensive about things and others who you know you can count on for a job done right and your questions answered, in a technically convincing manner.

Mr. Mirza is one such person. He took honest time to inspect everything in the home and go over all the details with me..... (room by room).
Not only did he go over the immediate home inspection criteria, but also gave me suggestions on how to improve existing items for the future life of the home as well as tips on reducing costs.

He is a thorough professional, respectful of his job and it’s significance, specially in terms of the financial implications to the Buyer who may not be able to comprehend technical issues. All I had to do was confirm a time and place and he was there before time, ready to get started. Despite the weather being -35 deg C.
