Following extensive research on other roofing companies and obtaining 5 quotes, Denis (Sales Rep from Stewart Roofing) was in a class by himself in terms of product knowledge, ability to answer questions on the end to end process and quote/contract completion. One aspect that was important to me which also differentiated SR from their competitors, is the inclusion of drip edge in the standard quoted price (no other company considered this important). The roofing team lead by site foremen Al and Corbin did an excellent job and were great to deal with. I was extremely impressed with everything from how the old roof was removed to the skillful way the new shingles were installed particularly in the areas with existing flashing. My neighbours have commented on how neatly finished the roof looks. Finally, the clean up was by far the best I have seen in my neighbourhood. It has been weeks since the job was completed and I only found one nail in my yard! I would certainly recommend Stewart Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roof replacement at a fair price.
