Full roof done in 2014, had heavy snow on back room roof which has a very low pitch, they came and cleared this off winter of 2015. this occurred again this year, Denis Rivard came very quickly and cleared away the ice which had created an ice dam with water coming in by my woodstove and destroying the drywall on ceiling as i had put some ice melter pucks (i do not recommend). This morning, Denis returned as promised and installed a heating cable which I purchased, so that this problem will not reoccur. He was very personable and kind.
