Tom is a very detail oriented inspector. He took the time to go through each level of the home throughly, and you never felt he was rushing to get the inspection done quickly.
He took the time to answer questions during and after the inspection. Even if some time had passed, he kept detailed records that he openly and happily answers your question or concerns.
