Home inspections are paramount with any purchase. 761 Montbeck Ave. was an Immaculate custom built home with a pool. Tom, our inspector greeted us with a courteous and professional manner. He was successful in identifying Failed Windows that had gathered moisture, leaky valves for a Tankless in floor heating system, inappropriate use of gas shut off valves, and an incorrectly sloping flat rough. Right????
