Seasonal Home Comfort

When it came time to replace my 1994 furnace and air conditioner, I called on three companies to quote.

One very big guys that is subcontracted by Costco was very professional until I told him I would not make a decision that day. He packed up and left in a huff.

I had a small local guy come in to quote. He would only install the lowest range of appliances then admitted that I would have a long wait as he was currently unable to get any air conditioners due to pandemic.

I then had Larry of Seasonal Home Comfort come in. He was professional, gave some suggestions, listened to our concerns, and offered solutions. His quote was easy to understand and was very competitive. So I went with Larry.

In two days, a crew of three showed up on time for our appointment. They spent the day in my cramped furnace room, removing a lot of old HVAC equipment, realigning the duct work to make better use of the space, and installing exactly what I wanted, a mid-range Lennox A/C and Furnace. They also installed a tankless water heater, something that I had not had before.

This crew of young gentlemen (and I do not have the opportunity to use that word very often), were exceptionally clean, well spoken, and friendly. They laid down pads all the way through the house and constantly ensure that they remained in place for the whole job. They left the furnace room cleaner than it had ever been. They spent all the time we needed to explain everything we needed to know after the install. When they were gone, there was not a sign that they were ever there, except for the great HVAC equipment.

We first used Seasonal Home Comfort to install the gas line for our new range, then hook up the unit. They were flexible with our dates and took their time to do the job right
When our air conditioning was acting up they were the first people we thought of. Once again hey took their time to diagnose the issue, and as the cause of the issue was puzzling they made multiple visits testing several areas (furnace coils, line and finally air conditioning unit itself) to be confident in their analysis.
They will contiue to be my first choice in heating and air and I have already recommended their services.

This is the second home that I have lived in where I needed to replace HVAC equipment. Hands down Seasonal Home Comfort provides the best customer service I have ever gotten. Fast/friendly/honest. Larry and his crew cleaned up any mess they made and took the time to explain all of the new equipment and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

All the workers were courteoous and work efficiently to get the job done in an expedient manner.

Called Joanne and asked for a quote on a basic AC unit. Price was reasonable. Called again and asked for some additional work. Antony came out on Friday, took a good look around, asked questions to under our needs and was able to quote on the spot. I thoughts about it for an hour and emailed the company to arrange for work to happen and it did so, today. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very happy - project was on time and on budget. Appreciate the service and will when we need a new furnace down the road :)

Larry and team delivered a creative solution and worked on a quick timeline to implement. The team was very responsive and amazing to deal with. They came highly recommended to us and we are passing along the praise.

As usual the tech arrived on time and did a great job. This small job is the latest in having Seasonal do work for me including the installation of of the furnace, installation of the tankless water heater and in a previous home the furnace and air conditioner. Larry and his team at Seasonal are my first and only choice.

Joanne at the Hamilton office was my point person for customer service and she was excellent to deal with. Their customer service and communication in booking our first site inspection at our home, the quotation for all work, all follow up communication was exceptional.
Joanne was on point and very helpful whenever I had any questions.
The work crew on day of installation was on time, work efficiently, the workmanship was neat and tidy and the space was left clean.
We have had out new gas furnace for a few weeks now and have been very pleased with our purchase.
