Neil was very helpful in giving us a reasonable and accurate estimate on retrofitting a series of ceiling mounted pot lights into the basement suite of our craftsman bungalow. The quality of work was excellent and completed in a timely fashion and the work was done with courtesy and in such a way as to minimize any disruption to the tenants. We are very satisfied and strongly recommend Nu Phase Electric.
