Neil responded to my contact request through Homestars quickly. We set up a time in the early morning and he arrived exactly on time, which I appreciate very much! Neil was courteous and friendly, taking time to explain the work that was being done and giving me suggestions on how I could safely fix a basic problem myself once I have picked up the required parts from the store.
