Nu Phase Electric Ltd

We have an older home and Neil was here for hours cleaning up a crazy rat's nest of sketchy (part aluminum, part copper, part horrible mystery) wiring that we found plastered behind our bathroom wall. He sorted everything out, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. He also did it all thoughtfully making the barest minimum of holes in our walls. If anything else comes up he's the pro I'll call and I'll be recommending him to all my friends!

Neil is a friendly, get to it guy. One of the things I liked most when I first contacted him and we talked about the job was he asked me "when is convenient for you to have me come?". I don't think another trades person has ever asked ME when they should come. Most give me a series of times THEY are available and I have to fit them in. It was a simple job (replacing a light switch that had short-circuited and needed to be replaced) but as a result of his attitude and good work, I immediately booked him for a (slightly) bigger one. I recommend him with confidence.

I was happy with the work Neil did and would recommend him. I needed a wire relocated in an interior wall where I wanted to add a doorway. He showed up on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, was knowledgeable in suggesting options, cleaned up after himself, and was transparent about his billing. I had him look into a couple of other minor wiring issues and he worked quickly and confidently. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to.

Our family purchased a new range from home-depot but only when the technician came in for installation after 3 days of the range's arrival, we found out that our original 240V outlet had been modified to a 120V. However, we didn't know that we had a 240V cable in the walls, so we called a couple electrician and they all said that we will have to rip out the wall and it is going to be a big construction with a lot of money spent. I didn't believe thats the only way so on my third call which is to Neil, he didn't suggest anything at first, he just asked me to arrange an appointment right the next day for him to come in and take a look (while other electricians didn't even bother coming in). So Neil arrived the next day and checked things out, just to find out that we actually have a 240V cable inside the wall and cause of that we saved a ton of time and money! We were lucky to have Neil who was willing to come in to do the inspection. The next day, Neil came in to replace the breaker and the panel, and he did it with efficiency and he always explained the procedure through out the whole work. Neil is very knowledgable and I could tell that he's had a lot of experience in this field. Thank you Neil for saving us so much money and time!

Our 25 year old electrical panel in our condo failed and started sparking and melting when we ran our washing machine. We called Neil after 6pm and he came by the next afternoon to fix it. Upon taking a look he advised we would have to replace the panel. 3 days later he installed the new panel after getting the appropriate permit from the city. The service was completed quickly and and professionally. The required deposit was 3/4 of the total price of service which was rather high but other than that Neil completed the work in the estimated time and within the quoted cost.

Spoke with Neil at Nu-Phase about fixing the wiring in one of my exterior pot lights. Small job but he was able to make some time to stop by and fix it the next day. He provided a quote before coming, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Neil the owner is proficient in his field and knows what he is talking about when it comes to electrical issues. He solved my problems quickly and I trust in the quality of the work he did.

On time, good intervention fast and efficient. Nice staff. I will call again. Reassured us that the electric issue we had was not serious and suggested action to take it case it happened again

I found Nu-Phase Electric on the Homestars website, read the reviews and hired Neil Sharma. He was on time, discussed the possibilities for each problem area and followed through. His pricing was very fair. I was very pleased.

I called about an electrical issue that I was hoping could be looked at but the person from Nu-Phase walked me through the very easy simple fix over the phone. They could have easily came and charged me to do this but instead recognized the problem and let me know right away. I will definitely be calling Nu-Phase next time I need some electrical work done.
