Did a great job with the install of bathroom fan and plug. Also cleaned up very well. My 85 year old mother was very happy saying Neil was friendly and helpful.

This was the first time that I used HomeStars to find an electrician for residential condo work, and I chose Nu-Phase Electric solely on the reviews presented here. Based on my experience today, I'd say Neil merits the very high ratings he receives. Even though the work was fairly straightforward, it was professional in every sense; Neil is thorough, courteous, accommodating, detail oriented, and a good communicator. For these reasons, I would call on Nu-Phase again.

Neil was prompt and professional. He charged $90 for the first hour and then $80/hr after that. He installed new outlets as well as a dedicated dishwasher line through the exterior of the house. Neil was easy to deal with and explained our options and what he was going to do very thoroughly.
Despite the high rate, he did the job and didn't overcharge later (as some shady businesses do). I only wish I'd gone with someone a bit cheaper for the job. Overall, a good experience.

We called Neil to install a dining room ceiling light after another company wanted to charge us for two hours minimum. Neil did a great job at a fair price for the scope of work. He was fast, efficient and I appreciated how he explained the whole process as he was doing the work. We'll definitely call Neil again if we need more work done around the house!

We had a couple of issues with some light switches, and three light fixtures to be replaced. Neil completed the work efficiently, and he also explained what was necessary to get everything back on track. We were pleased with his work.

Neil was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem with one outlet immediately and fixed it. He also fixed a couple of other GFI outlets that weren't working and educated me about how to deal with GFI breaker in future. I was very impressed with Neil's professionalism. He helped us diagnose the problem with our light fixture having a blown transformer and recommended corrective actions. He also shared with us some insight as to which lighting companies to avoid. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Neil and we would definitely use him for further electrics related incidents.

Neil was fair, honest, and did a great job. We will use him every time. Hands down so easy to deal with and forthright. Very happy with what he did for us. Our light was not center over table and Neil made it happen without having to cut out entire ceiling of drywall. Thank you Neil

Neil installed a baseboard heater for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered advice on what kind of heater I should use as a replacement and then replaced the heater. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely hire Nu-Phase Electric again.
