believe the positive reviews - this is a very professional company. Jeremy did the measure and the quote and was able to explain the difference between western windows and the other 2 companies I had gotten quotes from, and recommend the appropriate product. the installers Nick and Cole arrived on time - and had the install done in 2 hours including cleanup and installation of the window casings which matched our existing ones. we are very pleased with our new triple pane windows which reduce outside noise substantially, and plan to have western windows replace several more windows in our house this summer, and the remainder in 2016.
