We bought a house where the homeowner thought he was a do-it-yourselfer. He had added a powder room in the basement himself and "finished" the basement. It was obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. There were no interior walls, and no space to add drywall between the fixtures ant the wall framing. The walls were slanted, and there wasn't a proper door. Other basement walls were finished with particle board, wafer board, or whatever the homeowner could get his hands on for free. It was terrible!
Peter came in and gave me a very reasonable quote. Several other contractors wanted to charge me by the hour, or wouldn't even give a quote because of the work involved. Peter and Jordan did a great job. They included many small extras when they came across them. It took them longer than originally planned, but that was because they came across plumbing that was cracked and incorrectly repaired.
They fixed all the walls inside the bathroom and in other parts of the basement, did ceramic flooring, plumbing fixtures, doors, and more.
Peter makes sure things are done right. He's a man of integrity and he'll look after you.
