Rooter Man came to my property and performed a camera inspection of the floor drains and cleanout.

I was satisfied with the camera work, and received two quotes for additional work that could be done, one for basement waterproofing and another for some cracks/tree roots in the sewer drain.

Though they did charge more than others, which stings a bit when you learn about it later.

I wasn't prepared to go ahead with jobs at the time, however they've followed up every couple months asking if I've changed my mind. It's a bit annoying.

B. from Rooter Man came to my property and performed a camera inspection of the floor drains and cleanout.
I was satisfied with the camera work, and received two quotes for additional work that could be done, one for basement waterproofing and another for some cracks/tree roots in the sewer drain.

I wasn't prepared to go ahead with the work from Rooter man, there was other important work in the house that needs doing first. However since then the company has called THREE times to "follow up about the quotation B. gave you". The answer of "I am not going to go ahead at the moment" is apparently code for "please call me in two months".

Based on my experience with the company and the plumber, I will consider Rooter man for immediate/emergency drain repair ONLY and not for any non-emergency scheduled work.
