Vitaly installed excellent product, with leaf-guard, replacing really outdated eavestrough. He came quickly, insalled efficiently on a difficult location - and a week later, when a major thunderstorm flooded the basement because his downspouts were so much more efficient than the previous (which were still connected to the sewers in the old way). Vitaly came immediately the next day, to solve the problem - free of any additional charge!
