Gitano Roofing installed a new roof at our property in 2018, and we are delighted with the company's services. Slavik and his crew were very professional in installing the new shingles and did a great job. We called many companies for estimation, but Gitano Roofing gave us the best competitive package, including the labour and warranty. The company completed the installation in a well timely manner, as they promised. The crew ensured our property was 100% clean after finishing the work. Recently, I called the company and requested Slavik to come by to inspect the roof. We found some shingles in our backyard after a high-wind snowstorm. Slavik came the next day to inspect the roof and found no damage to the roof. As Gitano Roofing promised a warranty, including the services free for fifteen years, Slavik did not charge a penny and inspected the roof free of charge.

I got my roof replaced by Gitano 3 years ago. No problems since. I once thought there was a problem about leaking, and they responded promptly by coming by and getting up on the roof. Turned out the problem was not the roof leak but a cold corner in my closet. Would highly recommend them in the future!

Flat roof repair and shingles on back roof. Through investigation of roof when providing estimate and clear quote provided explaining expenses. The team was able to start and complete early due to good weather this winter. Quoted clearly and done in two days. Reasonable addition of some framing required for a dormer. Great experience. Will definitely recommend this team to others.

4th company I called. Slavik told me he would not leave until he found the leak. This was Dec.25/23, yes Christmas day. He did find the leak in 20 minutes. He was positive, knowledgeable, polite. He made me feel so relieved as we were leaving on vacation that evening for 2 weeks. He said he would fix it in my absence and send the bill later. He did that. His service was nothing short of fantastic. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I called about a concern with my roof and Slavik from Gitano Roofing showed up right away in the middle of the winter to do an inspection. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as he explained that it was an air intake issue and what steps I could take to have it addressed. His honesty in pointing me in the right direction and not recommending unnecessary work was greatly appreciated. I had used Gitano roofing about 10 years ago for a roof replacement my old house and they provided great service and great pricing. A very straightforward and professional company and staff. Slavik and his team fit us in the week before the Christmas break to replace the shingles on our 20+ year old roof (front and back). Competing estimates were not even in the same ballpark (some not in the same order of magnitude); Slavik was honest with what needed to be done now and what could wait. The onsite work team was efficient and courteous and completed the job in just over a day.

Gitano replaced our roof in 2017. When we noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling, we called Gitano. They responded immediately and the next day Slavik and his crew came and replaced a vent. They honored their warranty and provided prompt and courteous service.

Our roof was installed 5 years ago. They did a terrific job and cleaned the area throughly. They repaired a couple of shingles promptly after 5 years.
