Gitano Roofing

Gitano Roofing replaced most of the shingles on my very irregularly shaped roof about 10 years ago. I noticed a couple of leaks and when I called Slavik quickly came to my house to address the issue. At the same time he pointed out that one flat section of the roof had not been touched before and that area, along with an adjacent chimney with crumbling mortar, was likely causing the problems I was experiencing.

Slavik's crew replaced the roof and I was provided with great before and after photos that showed the work had been done very well. A couple of days after the roof work was completed, it poured rain and everything inside remained dry.

Slavik was quick to come out in a couple of days despite his busy schedule. This is the second time we used this team as the first time was also a great experience.

My experience getting a new roof with Gitano Roofing was positive and worry-free. I found the quote to be reasonable, and I liked that it included the brand name of the shingles and available colours. Throughout the project Sabrina and Vishal were attentive, and quick to answer any questions by email or text. The foreman and crew were professional hard-working. They finished the project in one day, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I can say that I am very happy with my new roof. It looks great!

Slavik is a professional that inspected the roof and check everything at not cost, provided some recommendation but we where really happy about his honesty and professionalism.

Had a roof leak and contacted a couple of people. Slavik from Gitano came out promptly, went on the roof and gave us an estimate along with pictures. Was clear on what the issue was, why it happens and explained the resolution. Came back as scheduled the next business day (after the long weekend) and fixed it. Our experience:
- He was timely, professional and very courteous.
- Performed the work and inspected for any other potential issues, showed us pictures of what had been repaired. Spent the time to do a complete job and cleaned up after.
- Very careful, ensured walls did not get scratched, footwear was covered to protect the carpet - basically respected our home. (details matter)

I contacted Gitano Roofing due to water leaking into our garage when it rains. To me it was a major problem. Slavik came to our home with an associate the same day I contacted the company. I had convinced myself that the problem was big and would be very expensive to repair. On arrival Slavik climbed onto the roof and immediately found the problem. He explained what he had to do and to my relief the price was so reasonable. They completed the repair and after several heavy rainfalls we have not had a drop of water in the garage.
