I called Urban and surprisingly the owner Shaun answered, He takes all his calls personally which impressed me. After we talked he came to see the property and clearly explained all my options. Within a day I had a quote emailed as requested. They couldn't start right away but after a week they had him set up and started. His crew took only a day to remove the old shingles and put new. Very impressed and I would recommend to anyone
