A++ knowledge and service, honest advice and great work from Shaun and Urban Roofers. They did a really nice job replacing the shingles on our roof, priced it out very fairly and we'll definitely recommend their services to our friends.

If you are looking for fabulous customer service Shaun is your man. Not only did he respond to my inquiry the same day he came out to introduce himself that night. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very credible. He quickly identified the serious condition my roof was in and offered immediate service. He showed me the damaged wood to prove his evaluation was accurate. After contacting him on a Friday my roof was completed the following Monday. He made every effort to keep costs down and still do a first rate job. Shaun did excellent work with 100% satisfaction and the best customer service you could ask for.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by this company. Shaun and his crew were punctual, efficient and did an excellent job of replacing skylights and roofing so they matched existing structure and didn't leak. The price of the work was the most reasonable of all the quotes. Shaun spent time responding to my questions prior and during the work. They removed all the debris and left the site tidy. I needed a new roof in the summer of 2012 and I called and got estimates from lots and lots of places in the Hamilton area. Urban Roofing stood out BY FAR amongst the rest and I am so happy I chose them. The crew was always professional, prompt, clean, organized, honest and respectful. The job was finished on time and I am more than happy with my new roof. Honestly, I am a very picky customer and I can say that Urban Roofing really went above and beyond, for that I am very thankful!

Shaun Stafford and his team were exemplary in terms of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. We thought it would be an easy job, but Shaun uncovered some major issues that required new insulation, soffit, fascia etc. His proposal stood out from the rest in terms of details and presentation, and this standard of quality was evident at every phase of the project. In the winter we had a problem with icicles and ice dams and we could not get the soffit and fascia installer to come. He kept ignoring us. But he did call Shaun, because he figured it was a venting problem. It was not...it was an eavestrough problem. So Shaun came with his team, shovelled off our roof with its six inches of ice, removed the wrongly installed eavestrough and will return in the spring to reinstall. Now that is customer service. Cleaning up someone else's mess because he wants to ensure that we are happy. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.

For years our roof had horrible icicles on it. We heard of Urban Roofing from our friends who were very impressed by the work performed on their home. We called and dealt with the owner Shaun, who we immediately felt comfortable dealing with. He has a great sense of humour, but very serious when it comes to his trade and he knows his stuff. He quickly explained to us the shingles were not the problem but there was a lack of air flow in the attic. He opened up our soffits and added new vents. Since he has done this we can enter our house with no worries of ice falling and hitting us.
We were hesitant about hiring a roofer here in Hamilton but would highly recommend Urban Roofing, and will be calling them as soon as we need a new roof.

Our house was well past ready for a new roof. Urban Roofing was in our neighborhood, so we asked for an estimate (we had already received an earlier estimate). Shaun came and spoke with us, explained the process, took measurements then within 24 hours delivered a very good estimate. Before we accepted the price, Shaun went through the work order, including all materials to be used and warranty on the project. During installation, his team was very thorough and exceptionally conscientious of our property. We have a pool and not one piece of material ended up in it (I had expressed this as a concern to Shaun). Following completion of the project, our property was extensively cleaned and nothing was left behind. Shaun followed up with us on several occasions, including the first major rainfall, to ensure there were no leakages! I would highly recommend Shaun Stratford and the Urban Roofing team to anyone needing a new roof. The guys even put a new roof on my garden shed to match the house!
