I would be wary of entering into an agreement with this company. In 2013, the previous owner of my house had the flat roof of the garage replaced by these guys. Late last autumn (2017), we started experiencing some leaking and some sagging in spots. We called the company to come take a look and they did; unfortunately, it snowed the night before they came, so upon arrival, they couldn’t really see anything. They said they would come back the next week, which never happened.

I called again in the Spring of 2018 and set up an appointment for someone to come take a look. However, no one ever showed and despite repeated messages and emails to the company since, I have not received a call or email.

So in the end, my roof is still leaking and I cannot get the company to come take a look at their own work after five years (despite a 10 year warranty). So be careful here.
